Day 4, Saturday: Favorite quote (from a person, from a book, etc) and why you love it

Had I the heavens’ embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet,
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams

                                         -W.B Yeats

It’s a sweet poem, and it’s a  romantic quote looking at it. This man has nothing to give, no rings, no money, no fame or fortune, no house or extravagant objects, only his hope, his ambition. The one thing he owns, and he’s given it to his sweetheart to walk on, as if she was crossing a puddle.

I’m a softy when t comes to stuff like this,
